The first one is literally perfect, no hoa, $287k , beautiful pool, beautiful bathrooms, and bedroom, and spacious for 1500 square feet, i would literally buy it right now

I really like home #4, It would be perfect for my 12yr old son & myself, I would definitely upgrade the kitchen To a more up-to-date countertops & stainless steel appliances Everything else would just be cosmetic touch ups, is it possible you could give us a breakdown of the monthly mortgage on these homes. I'm having a hard time finding a house for sale I. Florida. Every offer I make turns into an auction. Situation, and I lose. How many tens of thousands do we need to go over asking to get a house? Never seen a market where buyers don't accept over asking and keep showing a house.

It’s hurricane season in Florida. Been raining every afternoon. I cut my grass every five days because I’m anal. I take care of my property. Just got a letter from HOA that weeds are growing in the plant ground area. Weeds grow overnight. It’s hard to keep up since it’s constantly raining. And I didn’t have a lot of weeds. I wrote them a nasty email. My next home will be with no HOA, but that’s hard to find in Florida.

I’ve viewed quite a few of your videos in the past couple of days. Overall the vids looked pretty good. They mostly look like short term rentals. Are they distressed properties? I can imagine with Disney World closed. Renters would be few and far in between. One thing I did notice is that you skip quite a few doors. I even noticed a door within a closet with no explanation. I’m not sure if all homes have both gas and electric or if they only have electric. Also, when you past ranges with black tops it’s sometimes hard to see if they are gas or electric. 👍👍

Homes in the 250.000 to 300.000 bracket. Pool, large kitchen and green space for my pets. Retiring this coming year preferably to Central Florida .

No powder room in any of the homes but #3 is probably the best. I think if you just have to have a pool the prices are okay but a powder room in my opinion for guest, is essential. Yes they are dated.

If it covers all that if may be good.. The price is in budget but to pay extra on hoa only if is about 200.00.. But is ok..

I was a realtor in Florida for 3 years and I always told people not to sell their homes until they lived in Fl for at least 1 year. Why? A lot of people found they could not stand the heat, bugs, or reptiles and wanted to move back home. The problem was their locations back home had appreciated so much they could not afford to move back. That is a FACT. Go to Fl, rent for 6-9 months first, see if you can get a job that actually pays a living wage ( most people have 2-3 jobs just to make the rent), that also is a FACT. If it all works out, then sell your place and buy one in Fl. If not, you got lucky.
