I know this is an old video but it was really gratifying to come across this and realise that I had already agreed with and addressed (or at least planned to) almost all your complaints in the world I am currently building. I haven't given enough thought to religions or medical systems but it is still very early doors for me and I always assumed there would be differences. One thing is true to me, humans as a whole can't agree on anything for long so diversity of thought is a must.
