#1 Ski Resorts - When most people think of ski resorts in Utah They think of Salt Lake City and Park City. But what about Ogden? To me Ogden really is a local secret, and most people here would like to keep it that way! But I have a feeling Ogden will become a great ski town in Northern Utah.

Powder Mountain- The best ski resort in my opinion, Powder Mountain. is a 37 minute drive from downtown Ogden, which is the largest of the three Ogden ski resorts! Powder Mountain offers prime powder on this massive mountain with 8,400 acres of skiable terrain. Almost making it impossible to not find fresh powder. This resort averages around 500 inches of The Greatest Snow on EarthⓇ each year

Nordic Valley- Nordic Valley is a 450-acre ski & snowboard resort just after you go through Ogden Canyon or come around Trappers loop. Nordic includes 32 runs, numerous lifts and some of the best night skiing in Utah

#2 25th Street Downtown - The ski resorts aren’t the only attractions in town. Be sure to check out historic downtown Ogden. The Union Pacific and Central Pacific lines connected at Union Station, and Ogden soon earned the nickname “Junction City.” Some say it was like the LAX Airport of the time..
Now The downtown district offers prime dining, entertainment, and nightlife. Visitors who love local culture and the arts will find plenty to keep them busy.

Pineview Reservoir iis located in Ogden Valley, in the mountains east of Ogden with outstanding opportunities for fishing and water sports.
