I'd love to live in the Valley one day 🤌. Darren, you should consider doing standalone videos on different parts of the Valley (ie a video of the areas South of Ventura Blvd or a video on the NW portion of the Valley, etc).

It’s one of the more affordable areas and close to south valley such as encino but it’s not the most desirable area. Still a lot of great neighborhoods and things to do in the area
