Planning to move out rather. Agree, Calgary is not affordable anymore. It is already started to wait for bus and it’s already full, specially City Centre buses. Those who pay taxes has to stand in the buses for 1 hour to reach to downtown 😢

If you are going as PGWP holder, read Alberta PNP application requirement before going. Some streams exclude out-of-province PGWP holders.

Other provinces have not followed this measure. If you are a software engineer in Alberta, applying engineering principles in your position, you still have to be regulated by the regulator APEGA.

@@atoztechnology8783 Grand Prairie is very small and isolated. One student intake can take up all the jobs and rentals leaving nothing for the students coming in next intake. You should consider this.
