Even if you use the business type of gcash, you will still be liable just as in the personal type of gcash. As long as your business is owned by you, then you will still be liable.

Kaya po ang pinapayagan ko lang sa Gcash ay cash-in at cash-out ng customer na kaharap ko. Para kahit papaano maika-katwiran ko pa siguro na personal transaction yun. Medyo. Hehehe. :P Hindi po ako pumapayag sa remittance (in or out). (Besides, may PMN po ako so bawal actually ang direct competition... 😅😇)

it depends po sa Local Government nio. Meron po kasing iba like for example sa mga province hindi naman nag rerequire ng mga business permit yung mga munisipyo. But here sa amin sa Marikina, required po ang Business Permit. I suggest you check with your munisipyo or city hall if small businesses are required for business permits. Thanks!
