I think it's absolutely amazing how many people work for this tour. I know the guys get credit for obviously performing but this video really opened up my eyes to see that the crew is so awesome and soooo important for this tour. Hopefully they're getting enough credit because of this video and i already KNOW that the boys are thanking them all the time.

At first when Ashton said that Derek was Irish, my brain didn't really register that fact until he started speaking and I was like 'hey, his accent sounds familiar...' and then he said he worked as 1D's stage manager, so I was like 'is he British?? No, not British...IRISH YES THAT'S IT' lmao, my brain took like two minutes to really register that fact
