I'm curious to know who found seed 3. That village exists in a jungle due to an overflow bug. So I'm pretty sure it was found computationally, which is always impressive to see. Also pretty confident the same person found seed 2 as well because it looks like they started from 0 and went backwards (all the upper 32 bits in both seeds are 1).

Has anyone found the end portal for the 3rd seed? I have a survival world and I want to kill the dragon but I can’t find the portal, I even made a creative world and looked for hours and still couldn’t find it

Loading the jungle one in Java on the current pre release loses the village, shives the portal ruin off to the side, loses the jungle temple, and spawns a trail ruin in the middle of the lake

@@Flareontoast since you’re interested in it in Java, something I hadn’t seen when I made the comment. The jungle temple isn’t gone, it’s just way off to the side at the top of one of the cliffs surrounding the bowl valley.

I love just starting on a random seed. The possibility that it's one few have played before, the things to discover that haven't been spoiled by best seed lists etc. Just started a random 1.20 world and spawned perfectly within a village intersecting a beautiful cherry blossom biome, on its own private island that's easy to secure for the villagers safety, beneath it is a mega cave that leads straight down to deepslate. nearby there's a jungle island to get bamboo and I somehow had most of everything I would be looking for in this new update! But at the same time, one of my favourite seeds is a pretty known one that's featured on a couple lists because it is just stunning and has so many biomes within close range. The 'infinite' seeds are probably one of the best features of Minecraft that most games don't have. Nothing like a fresh, new world that you can customise and custom choose :)

"The possibility that it's one few have played before". The odds that a random seed have been played by another person before are really slim. There are 2^64 possible seeds (over 18 quintillion), and, supposing 1 billion people played Minecraft before (which is a high estimate), with an average of 10 worlds per player, only 2^49 seeds have been discovered. Even if we suppose 100 worlds per player, it is less than 2^53 seeds.

I've been playing on Prowl's seed for a while now, I love it. I've tried to stay relatively close to spawn so I don't mess up any of the 1.20 generation when it arrives so really looking forward to expanding my horizons and exploring more. The wandering trader has been a lifesaver for many materials I'd normally have to go explore for in the meantime.

While finding unique generation is part of the fun, I would like to know what are the differences in seeds. Meaning do some seeds cause more broken terrain than others? Smoother? More elevation variation or less? More of a particular biome? I know that playing some seeds just feels easier than others while others seem to have much more to navigate through and thus making much slower progress in travel. Is that the seed itself or is it just where spawn happens to be in the seed (just happens to be easy/hard terrain near spawn).

hey toycat, i haven’t played minecraft since cave and cliffs part 2 came out but i just saw this video maybe 3 days ago and i’ve been playing nonstop since then. the third seed you showed, the one with the jungle village in the lake surrounded by jungle mountains, it was like i was seeing minecraft for the first time again and i really wanted to transform that village! so i grabbed my switch and i opened up the seed and i’ve been having such a wonderful time! i’m halfway thru transforming the village into a jungly bamboo village now and i’m making the jungle temple my base and i’m experimenting with the new bamboo wood! thank you so much for these seed sundays! i may not like how diamonds aren’t at y11 anymore but i love this new bamboo wood and you’ve reinvigorated my love for minecraft again! i can’t thank you enough! :D

Mushroom Islands are perfect for farms & player-made villages, and my favorite place to start a game. The continent-sized ones are the best. When they are huge, you can usually find mines, monster spawners, and lush caves that are accessible from the surface. They are the rainiest biome in the game, so the odds of spawning skeleton riders is higher there. The mooshrooms are a perfect supply of food and leather. You can shear them into cows for milk, or milk them for mushroom/suspicious stew. Killing them yields leather and meat. You can transport sheep to the island for a wool farm, or just build a spider farm at a convenient spawner. If you build a skeleton/stray farm, you don't even need chickens for arrows. Lush caves provide all the azalea saplings you need to build, and all the grass seeds you need for food. Mine chests provide all the other seeds you need. My favorite Mushroom Island has a Fortress on the Nether side, and a stronghold accessible from the ocean floor-just a short distance from the Island.

@@TheOGSB817 I was just going to mention that. It's possible that if there is a neighboring biome close enough some of these things might be possible, and then the mobs can spawn and cross over, no not directly in the mooshroom biome itself.

@@redfonzie21 -5687882629541970054 is the seed. teleport to -1175, 55, -20 XYZ. teleport to -1208, 37, 32 almost underneath the last point. teleport to -660, 51, 453 There is a lush cave with mobs, and a mining complex with a zombie spawner in pre 1.20 versions. I can't confirm the mining complex in 1.20 version. All on the same Mushroom continent. There are even multiple lava ponds on the surface of the island. The Nether side of the Southern part of the Island is Nether Fortress with multiple blaze spawners.

these are so cool! tho the last one just being a lot of snow and ice isn’t as exciting to me as a world I’ve started somewhat recently has the ENTIRE starter map except the very bottom right corner completely frozen over lol, while another I’ve been working on is three quarters frozen 🥶 I am cursed with the frozen biomes lately lmao

The village in seed 3 will only generate on bedrock, if you want it on java, you'll have to make it in bedrock and use a converter to play on java

Those are amazing!! The first time I played Minecraft, I spawned in a badland/desert area and I didn't know anything about the game ... a friend if mine helped me then, but ... I fell in love with the desert 😍 Unfortunately, I deleted that world by accident ... But I found a far better one randomly. Its seed is 6633722135237005031 on java and you have loads of different villages all around the place, 4 Pillager outposts, 7 desert temples close by (I live in one at -180, -1893), you have a large mountain with emeralds and iron in the spawning area and a jungle with lots of melons and dark oak wood behind that, a dripstone cave nearby and right next to the desert temple I live in is a large desert village, another dripstone cave, a lush cave and right behind the temple is a ruined portal. Speaking of that: when you go to the nether here, you land right on the base of a fortress. You just need to pick your way up the pillars and you have a blaze spawner close by. I love this world so much and I highly recommend it 😉

The Java only seed on Bedrock is in a large semi crater that opens to a large lake, with a floating Village and sink hole next to it with a lava lake at the bottom. The surrounding hills are a Sakura biome almost all the way around and near by is an Outpost in the ocean. Loving this seed now!

Why are the seed numbers messed up? For the huge dripstone cave the slider at the bottom of the video for time stamp selection says seed 4 but the seed number at the top right is the seed number for the second seed relative to the begining of the video when you put up all seeds while saying youre not guna waste our time or whatever. Just curious which to use. Great seeds tho btw. I wonder if drowned will spawn in the ocean in ths middle of the mooshroom...Thanks for the work monsieur minou.

The second seed (thumbnail) is the one (or at least one extremely similar) to my current Switch (bedrock) game ... there's a skeleton spawner in a hole in the ground just south of the ruined portal he showed off.

The ‘everything’ seed used to be really good… but from what I’ve explored of it… it kinda sucks now… the spawn is just jungle and it’s a huge jungle too!

@@redfonzie21 obviously it’s good in whatever version of console edition toycat originally generated it in, it’s good in update aquatic console edition (that’s where I generated it in) it seems okay in pre 1.18 Java edition and tomcats already gone over it on pre 1.18 bedrock edition and it’s good there… I haven’t tried it in post 1.18 Java edition and in post 1.18 bedrock edition it just sucks… it’s just jungle for thousands of blocks…

I bought Java edition yesterday. Seeds so far have been crazy?? One world I spawned in the middle of the ocean near a shipwreck and because it generated on blocks only 2 blocks below the water it looked like an actual pirate ship 😃

712262452098460 (Java 1.19.4) does generate a village in the middle of the lake, but at the top of the ocean with no huge sinkhole, though at the bottom of the lake it is surrounded by obsidian where lava probably was. Was there a different generation setting chose? LIke lava lakes? Can we even change those settings anymore?

I gave seed 2 a try on 1.20 Java and to my initial disappointment both the geode shown here and the ancient ruins aren't there but instead I have an ocean monument at ~30/x/70 and a shipwreck at around -94/x/-180. Also my 0/x/0 is not centered either and there are a few entrances that lead to a pretty big flooded cave system that's right above another bigger cave system that has a mineshaft with 2 skeleton spawners that are 20 blocks apart from each other right by a geode. I'm 100% playing this incredible seed.

Correction: there are 2 separate mineshafts very close to each other (~50 blocks) then around 200 blocks away there's another 2 also separated by 30-40 blocks, there's spawners for days here and I stopped counting after the 7th geode that was either directly attached to the mine shafts or very close by to both mineshafts, there's a bunch more...

I was thinking it would be really cool if there was an ocean monument in the encircled ocean in the mushroom island seed and when I loaded it in pre-release one there is! Edit: Looks like it has the ocean monument in java and the ocean ruin in bedrock.

Fun fact, the Viking version of hell is called "HeL" and is a frozen wasteland. So in a way, Seed 6 is still "HeL." XD (Niflhiem, my bad. HeL is the ruler of it. Still, a cold/frozen version of Hell depicted from Christianity.)

Hey Toycat, water is actually like air in a sense. When you think about it, any body of water is actually just a thicker atmosphere... When you swim underwater you are technically flying.

Just a side note, what version of minecraft java do I need for the seed? I loaded up in 19.4 and the "sink hole" is nowhere to be found. Still an awesome seed though. (edit: im a dummy and didnt goto the negative of 1100...lol.)

I'd love to play again but I've been having trouble with the launcher. Ever since Microsoft bought out Mojang and changed the launcher, mine hasn't worked at all. I already set up a new acount and it still won't work, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it doesn't come up at all anymore. Any advice?
