isa I said the same thing above. In Korea this skin tone for Koreans and that too girls is like a big 🙅🏻‍♀️but lee’s family isn’t obsessed with beauty. Even he is always hanging out in shorts and a t-shirt. They invest in their kids education and happiness more than putting pressure on them to be beautiful. Like in Korea this is a big deal.

True, is not very asian, I am latina and our kids are taught to be the same. I was taking care of my younger sibling at age 4, though back home its hard to go around by yourself like this, whenever we were out it was my responsibility to always look out for them.

Angelight Girl while I respect your opinion, and I say this nicely, I don't think you understand what this show is about. It's called "The Return of Superman." Basically the moms get a 2 day "vacation" from child rearing while the fathers pick up that job. And yes, he does have a job too. He is a soccer player, not an actor. Also, the moms agree to this show because it one: gives them a little break (they have jobs too), and two: allows the fathers to build a bond with their kids. Also, I don't think you should judge how other parents express love to their kids. It could be a culture thing where it's hard to express feelings, but it doesn't mean that they love their kids any less. As for your comment on "why bring kids into the world to exploit them..." I've been in your shoes and I have never taken anything that I have for granted, and this comes from being a older sister with a 10 years age gap. Yes, you have to look after your siblings for your parents, but you also have to remember that these kids can't work and earn money to pay bills and feed their siblings. That's what parents are for. Parents provide a house to live in, food in the bellies, clothes to wear, etc. and all they really are asking is for the older siblings to look after the younger ones. It's not a hard concept to understand. And with that, I rest my response. Take it or leave it with a grain of salt but I will not continue to discuss this with you if you further try to insinuate that you are right. I'm sorry that you had to grow up raising your siblings at such an early age, but other people have too.

Angelight Girl Angelight Girl well I'm sorry for what you've gone through but you need to get your facts right. First of all he's not an actor, he's a football player, his wife is a former miss Korea and they obviously doesn't need the money from this show for living. The main concept about this show is they want to change the 'strict/tradition father' image (basically the typically Asian father's image) they want them to develop the friendly and what you usually just see in a mother's role image btw father and kid. Or in short, the image in contrast with typically one in Korean society and strengthen their father-child relationship. The vacation is just a word to make the explanation simple, the mom just need to be away for that 2 days, work or rest. And this is a reality show, the kids doesn't need to wake up at 4/5 in the morning to film, the crews follow the kids' routine. You obviously didn't watch the show because you're like taking everything so wrong. And I don't think it's fair to say they exploit their kids.. You know what, something happened to you and you made a conclusion but that doesn't mean everything similar happens have that same conclusion. Don't get so stirred up, don't see things that negative, sometimes it's just not that deep 😓

Zoe Zoo omg. Thank you!! I told her the exact same thing and she basically said that the kids are being exploited and that when they want to eat, the food is cold and what not. Obviously, the kids eat quite often. I just didn't want to further argue this and was hoping someone else would point this out too. 👏👏 Just because it happens to one family where the situation is not ideal does not mean the entirety of families with older kids go through the same thing.

Ofcourse they are allowed because of the crew but the crew was just watching them. The older children did it on their own. And the triplets listened to their elder sisters and behaved exceptionally well
