I'm retired so I can spend 2-3 hours in the am doing the inner work. It's paying off. No more DNOTS or obsessive thinking. My heart activation four years ago caused me to "fall in love" with my Other Self.( I realize now it was love for myself.) I am seeing the other signs, too. We were friends and co-workers. In hindsight, I know he was not my type! That is the only part that is confusing now. He has anxiety and avoidant issues. Since I am evolving, I don't know that I want him back. I am happier now. I love myself more. I will not put up with anyone's bs anymore. A soulmate might be better for me.
