Everyone who is listening to this is moving to a new level of consciousness.

Recently I’ve found this connection with infinite wisdom. It began after I read The Power of Now.

I came to the realization that I don't know anything, because everything is unknown and unknowable, especially to the human mind. I then realized that we are all enlightened Beings right now, everyone of us are enlightened but it's veiled by layers of mental false teachings and limiting beliefs of who we are. We all appeared into the world fully as One with the Absolute. Being contractions of Divine energy, it only ever wants to express itself in the form of a body/mind. However, through the inevitable discovering a sense of "I" or "Me", a sense of person-hood soon develops. Eventually it is noticed that other "Me's" are apparent in the world and so the sense of "Me" deepened even further. Social conditioning with all it rules and hypnotic suggestion of who you are also steps in to further separate the bliss of what we truly are as energetic aspects of the Absolute. This is what I realised after a lot of deep meditation and breath work. Quite simply, we are not a mind since the mind actually doesn't exist. The only realty is the One energy which is No-thingness appearing as everything. There is never two of anything, and because there can never be two of anything, there cannot be a separate mind. So the mind is an illusion since what we call mind is simply mental conditioning, a contraction of divine energy. It's so simple really, and I was astonished to discover that I as a person have never existed! There is No doer, no person to do anything at all, and never has! Actions arise, actions appear but the illusion was that "me" as a person did it! But it's never been the person doing anything, it's life doing it, it's the absolute appearing as this mind/body.

Thank you! I needed to hear, "Don't make a story out of it." That's what I seem to always do. I have been awakening since 2017! ❤️

One day I felt the enraged anger rising- and almost a voice called on me to not react. I felt this twisting heat form, and I visualized myself rotating around in front of me to give myself a hug as I felt it burn out. That night, which was night after equinox I had a prophetic dream where I released lions into the wild.

Your last description is the one for me , the clouds , ppl everything around me including what we called negative experience when I see ppl arguing I find it beautiful , sometimes I break down crying but not from suffering but from understanding , it’s weird but not in a negative way , more in a loving positive ways

Aaron, thank you so much for all you do, and blessings to our community here!! I've been going through all of this in the process of ascending, and the universe just spoke through you to a T as you were live at the exact moment I needed to hear this today. Of course! I listened in tears! I've been listening to a lot of spiritual people on KZfaq describe this process, but honestly yours is the most helpful to me. The depth you go into is illuminating, and as a Buddhist practitioner I appreciate the approach you've given us on how to respond to the various things that are coming up. Your approach also differs greatly from the bhikku who first taught me Buddhism, and I have needed this version of information. I must compliment some more how awesome and helpful your descriptions are, such as the practice of watching Shakti work on me under anesthesia. Now I can see more how and which ways I've over involved in the pain in my sacral chakra and neck pain. It IS like fire, and even with all the practices I do, I never find total relief. Certain things trigger certain regions and I've been mindful to observe what that is. I do a general yoga practice typically everyday, but this convinced me to get into Kundalini. Sure, I'll welcome the burps! I used to be a teacher and public speaker, and compliments again to you. You're splendid at both. I appreciate how you repeat/recount the things you mentioned previously. So helpful as a listener! Found you only recently but watched an old video of yours where you told the story of you leaving the church, despite what your dream to become, was it a pastor? Glad you followed truth, authenticity, and practiced discernment. Thanks for all these commitments so you can now be the teacher you are to us! Peace, love, and unity consciousness to all!

I had Kundalini crisis when I was 18. I woke up from a dream of an oroboros and boom, it was like I was living trapped between the spirit world and real life unable to function in either for a long time. Thought I lost my mind. Thank you

THANK YOU so much !!!!! Wow this video is so reassuring. I had a kundalini awakening in December during my meditation. I was not expecting this AT ALL. I opened my heart, cried a lot and was ready to surrender to something that I knew would help me to heal. I started to feel an intense energy rising for my hips to my neck and it blocked there. I could feel it all over my spine, it was SO powerful, so beautiful, I felt at home, I felt safe. The days after were great I started to move in a serpent way feeling my energy moving to certain areas of my body were I had injuries and I could feel the energy HEALING those areas. It was blissful. Then the dark night of the soul happened. It was terrifying. The energy was surfacing intrusive thoughts from war ? Telling me to kill people and It was so disturbing as I didn’t know it was past lives traumas or collective thoughts… I was crying I could feel my body outside of me, I had perfect 360° vision, it was SO hard to be grounded. But I’ve managed. And know i have kryias every day that ask me to release so much pain, anxiety, fears. It’s sometimes smooth, gentle, blissful, but sometimes it’s terrifying, challenging and I cry and want to die lmao. I’ve noticed that when kundalini awakens it helps you to love yourself unconditionally so that you can accept whatever happens to you during the process. There is a sense of trust, you feel much aware of what’s happening inside of you, you feel your own sovereignty, and you know that you are working for the universe consciousness and healing yourself and the universe also. it’s WONDERFUL. I still have to manage the energy as it does whatever it wants when I’m calm or working on something that doesn’t need that much concentration. When I’m with people now I feel I can “control it” a bit more and always repeat “you know we will do the kryias when I go back home” and it instantly calms down. It’s so intelligent… I’m speechless. thanks to you, I accept moreeee this process. Connecting to other people who are dealing with the same thing is so reassuring. Interesting that you upload this video as I’m going through it. My body is restless; Demanding movement, some moments I’m exhausted, then energized! My dreams are showing old cycles and habits I use to have, cravings to revisit movies I enjoyed as a teenager. And I’ve been aware, aware that these are cycles running their course, and I stay open to them. Practicing non judgment and unconditional love. I’ve only experienced the burning sensation twice and it was in the middle of my chest, in the heart chakra, and it had to do with me connecting with my twin flame energetically. So fascinating!

I can't believe that I've found this video. What you said about the burning... I was crying. I had no idea what it was. I must have been about 14 years old. My family is very old world Catholic. I had been at a bible camp but was outside away from the others catching and releasing frogs when I first felt it. Then again, several days later in the evening at the camp when I was sitting on the roof watching the night sky. I didn't feel I could share it with anyone. Along with the strange sexual feelings I'd never felt before. All would have been so misunderstood by my parents. I would have been so misguided. But now... I understand and feel so at peace.

So so soooo beautiful. Tons of highly useful information for people dealing with an experience that cannot be explained by the material world and could lead them to think they're "unwell" and in worst cases they may take toxic medicines to heal what need not be healed. We have slowly been entering a time of change and I have a strong feeling this will soon speed up... your WORK is SUCH a blessing and crucial service as we move into these beautiful transformations. I myself have had many of these experiences for years now and what seemed like mini organisms but are now full blown seizure like shaking when I hear certain frequencies, meditate or have any sort of "spiritual" experience. As we move into the higher densities the world needs loving guides like you and we need to be open to at times breaking apart old beliefs and building new foundations. Ultimately moving forward turns into going backwards... from The Great Sun we burst out for experience and create a chaos of egos then back again to a solitary meditative singularity full of love, wisdom and worlds Of experience. Manifesting isn't quite the right term for what you say I'm afraid...Manifesting is bringing into being a solid object ...something that is invisible has no form but consists of thought and belief is a realization. Sounds like I'm being an arse but words are literally magic spells and is very important, at you level of guidance to be super precise, by your own admission in your essential uploads...there are too many people using terms as buzz words and people could easily get confused and end up in the wrong place.
