Yes I did it again! 🤦I made another dumb mistake so had to delete the video and repost it!! I'm probably going to create a discord, or some way so I can receive feedback as these mistakes are starting to become a weekly habit. Thank you for all of your patience and support! - Joe

For those who saw the first version I said "In 1979 something massive happened, instead of in 79 AD something massive happened." God bless the sister who pointed out this mistake to me!

Hey Gabrielle, I’m saying a prayer for you now. I’d reccomend reading the Bible, start in the book of John, Ephesians, Galatians. Talk to God and ask for Him to make himself known to you. Speak with a local church and ask for help.

I'm almost finished reading my Bible for the first time all the way through, on my own, after almost a year. So many good people, including Noah, Moses, Aaron, Solomon, Joshua, Job and Jeremiah. I'll need to keep reading it over again, more than likely many times. So far, Saul/Paul seems to come to mind first. I have A LOT of Catholic Church de-programming to do. I was an altar boy in the latter 1970's, but was finally baptized, not christened, in 1988. Still, I have a long way to go. The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God's people. Amen. ✝

Awesome testimony! I'm just about to read it again. It takes approximately 90 hours to read it front to back so my plan this time is an hour in the morning(I will wake earlier) and an hour in the evening. So 2 hours a day for 45 days to complete it. This was a confirmation for me to do it!❤

I've stopped committing adultery in my heart. I haven't touched drugs in a while. I know for a fact that if I keep believing, God will bring me to deliverance.

I ran from God at age 10, after my grandfather passed away. I loved that man so much, and I was so young at the time and my heart was broken. I remember thinking to myself: Why God? Why would you take him from me? So I ran away from him, and for the next four years I lived in rebellion. I became lukewarm, I went to youth camps, I went to church with my family on Sunday, but I didn’t take God seriously. At school, I would gossip, I would curse, I would chase women, I even became so obsessed with getting a girlfriend that I intentionally put off schoolwork. I was supposed to have gone to summer school that year. I was set to go to a summer camp with my youth group, and I was in danger of missing it because of my grades. But something miraculous happened: the school passed me, so that meant I could go to summer camp. It was truly a turning point in my life because it was at summer camp that I would feel the chastisement of God. I remember the preacher had us get down into a pit of mud one night, and he said roll in the mud if you’ve ever turned your back on God, and all of the other sins. And when we went back into the pavilion where we worshiped, I felt God’s chastisement. In that moment, I could feel the weight of my sins on my shoulders. All of the sins I had ever committed I could feel pressing down on my shoulders. And to be honest, that was probably the lowest I have ever felt. I had dug myself a terrible hole, my reputation and GPA were completely destroyed at school becoming of all the wrong that I did. But God came down, he came down to my level. Yes he convicted and chastised me, but he also said these words: I want you to come back home to me. And I never forgot that. I cried out to him asking him to forgive me for my sins, and I turned back to him in that moment. And when I said those words, that weight that I felt from my sins had lifted. In that moment, my sins were put on the cross, I got saved right there. And as we sang praise and worship, I could almost feel Jesus in front of me giving me a great big hug. From that moment on I was born again. This was four years ago, when I was 14. I’m 18 now, it’s been quite a ride, and I’m still continuing to grow in the faith. But God has delivered me from the hole he found me in. He took care of me even when I rebelled against him, and words can’t describe how much that means to me. I feel like Paul the Apostle, I feel like a wretched sinner every single day, I still feel guilt about my past, but at the end of the day I find myself seeking God’s righteousness. God is good y’all. If you’re reading this right now and you have a stronghold in your life, just know that God always works everything out for the better. He has never lost a battle, and he never will. Thank you for reading, God Bless you! 🙏

Wow, you’re only 18?! How well written! I was certain you were in your 40s or older. God bless you! I am sooo grateful to hear someone your age saying these things. I’m young, myself, at 29 years old. Yet, I don’t think I would’ve had the words to express my love for God at 18, let alone 14! I loved God back then, but it was very surface level. God used the depth of your testimony to remind me to stay hopeful. I pray you continue to grow in your closeness with God!🕊️

Absolutely wonderful testimony!! I'm so happy that your parents cared to send you to that youth camp and take you to church..to the point where you finally turned back to God! (Btw - Totally God helping you through summer school so you could go to youth camp and turn back to Him when you encountered Him!) To be so young and on fire for the Lord is a beautiful thing, dear brother! There was much rejoicing in heaven when you turned back to Jesus. He was so happy to have you back, that He was hugging you in that moment! Beautiful... True beauty and True Love is not in the shape of a heart ❤, but in the shape of a cross ✝. Thank You Lord for saving this young soul, whom is going to bring so many other young ones to You.. And not just younger generations, but helping to wake up older generations as well! Thank You Lord!! Thank You for all You've done, all You're doing, and all You're going to do... In Jesus name I pray amen Amen and AMEN!! 🙏❤☺🛐🔥🕊👐

I’ve been realizing how much I’ve backslid. I used to be so on fire and I used to have such an urge to share God’s word. I used to be so sensitive to sin, and now it’s like idk it’s like I’m caring about sin less. I’ve realized now I barely speak about God to my friends or to my family. I’ve started being more ashamed of the Gospel. To whoever is reading this make sure to take a step back and evaluate how you’ve really been living your life. The enemy can blind us so much, but God is there for us. God is there to make the blind see. I pray for us all that our hearts may be set on fire. That we may be passionate. Let’s love God and love others. Let’s live for God and His glory. Lord please make us more sensitive to sin, that we may identify the sin lurking around us. So that we can avoid it and we can help people rise from sin. I pray for us to wake up, and to give importance to You. Thank you so much Lord. Amen. God loves you! Let’s live in the light!💗 “But if we are living in the light, as God is in the light, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, cleanses us from all sin.” ‭‭1 John‬ ‭1‬:‭7‬ ‭NLT‬‬ bible.com/bible/116/1jn.1.7.NLT

Thank you so much, this is me to a tee, married to an unbeliever, had no direction in my life just took anyone, I ended up so ungrateful, bitter, no contentment except in alcohol. Until it got so bad I started going to church, and then I wanted to kick this sin of drunkeness to the kirb and started reading the Bible from beginning to end, I wanted to know who God was and I saw it is us who are the sinners. Many sermons later, many questions answered and 5 years on, I am finally in a reformed Baptist Church growing closer to Jesus every day. My Husband is still in unbelief however is coming to Church with me and our 3 girls and enjoys asking questions about Jesus ❤ My only advice is to stick at it, look to Christ not anyone else because everyone fails you even at church and win your husband or wife without a word, sacrifice for them and your family ❤

This time it's me, crying at the end of your video, my good friend in Christ. Thank you ! About the favorite character in the bible - I'm ashamed, it took me 3 years to finish the old testament and I haven't even finished reading the bible just once. That was a wake-up call. One always has excuses, because life can be so stressful and bad situations and all.. but in the end, we stand before our God and He will ask, what we have done with the time He gave to us.

When you accept and proclaim Jesus is Lord in your life and believe He is the way the truth and the life and no man comes to the Father but through Him and that you believe His blood was shed on the cross for your sins and rose again three days later, then you are saved and put to death the old man and come to life in the new man. That is the moment you are a Christian! When you say the prayer of salvation. You can look it up online or you can ask someone at your new church to pray it with you. That is your choice. Then you may consider being baptized at your church. Inquire what all of this means in detail with your new pastor. That’s what he is there for. 🤠 Congratulations and welcome to the family! See you in heaven changer4178! ❤😊

Hey there my brother 👋🏻 Besides *JESUS,* I'd have to say my favorites of the Bible are: 1) *Mary Magdalene-* From the moment LORD JESUS gave her the time of day she was loyal, loving and steadfast to Him. She gave Him all of her and never faltered. 2) *Jeremiah-* Deep heart for his fellow brothers & sisters, intense love for our Father & His values, all consuming commitment to bring the people & the LORD together over any adversity. 3) *Job-* No matter WHAT was thrown at him, he remained loyal & true to our LORD. 🙏🏼💖

I mean, David didn't live in sin either, although he sinned. That's why God still called him "my servant" after he died. He messed up but didn't live in his mess like Solomon for example, which was even more blessed than David but strayed for good in the end(and because of Solomon, I don't think I ever saw a time when Israel stooped lower than that.)
@grainofsand7841
@grainofsand7841 8 ай бұрын
It's not immediately noticed, it took me a few reads, but Noah is special in a few ways. It's actually the KJV or older versions that help you see it. See, Genesis 6, the sons of God married daughters of men, and had children. These sons of God are angels. Fast forward, Noah found favor with God, he was perfect in his generations. Noah was 100% human. God didn't just spare Noah because he was loyal, but because he had the right DNA to start over with God's creation.

Drinking isn’t a sin however if anything leads you towards sin like drunkenness(which is a sin now matter what) or the environment in which you drink then staying away from alcohol or any thing that leads you to sin is commanded to be avoided. But remember that Jesus said to break bread and drink WINE with other believers to remember him. Just don’t be sinful or do things that lead you to sin. God bless and have a blessed journey with Christ.

My favourites are Joseph originally, because I related to this story as a young person. But now it is Ruth, because as an older person I have found myself in similar circumstances. One time when I cried out to the Lord (one time of many), about not having a husband, His reply to me was: Anna, I am your redeemer. Because of the book of Ruth, I knew exactly what He meant by that. He was saying to me... ANNA I am your husband, I will be your provider, I will look after your children, I will provide you with a new home, a new family, a future, and my eternal blessing.... It was very powerful, and I am grateful to God. The Word is a great blessing, thank you for preaching it and asking us to interact. 🙏

I was saved at the age of 10 years old about 2 years after my brother died. I had a dream and that dream was so life like to this day i still say it wasn't a dream, it actually happened. I have been backsliding for a while now but God has never given up on me. I've never not prayed or had a quiet time but I was still backsliding. My cat was dying and something amazing happened during that time. I was so distraught but I felt God comforting me through this dying cat. How could a cat that was dying be comforting me when she's the one dying? I realized it was God comforting me. I realized he had never left me and he was constantly calling me back to him. Now I want to put him at the center of my life giving glory to him and I've been honest telling him that I don't know how to live that way and he needs to teach me how. He's been calling me to find a church and like Jonah, I've been running away from what he wants me to do. I've never once not believed in God. There's not a day that I've never not believed in his son Jesus. I wonder if i hadn't continued to pray and read the Bible and do my quiet times, i wonder if I would have recognized what God was doing, he was calling me back to him. I hate that he had to isolate me to finally get through but I'm so incredibly blessed he never gave up on me. Once you belong to Jesus, once you truly believe in him with your heart, he never ever gives up on you. He will do whatever it takes for you to turn back to him. He really does love you that much. Jonas and the prodigal son are my favorite characters. They remind me of myself and how God never gives up on you. They remind me of how you turn back to him, he welcomes you back with open arms.

I cried when I heard the end, it was emotional to hear. I don't think I heard that before despite that I've watched for a while now. At least a year now since I started reading my Bible daily and trying to watch Christian channels very often anyway. I'm happy about the outcome, and both happy and sad endings tend to make me emotional. Thank you for posting another video. I liked this one a lot. God bless you. As for my favourite person from the Bible, I am not sure. I'm trying to think of which book I enjoyed reading most. I still don't memorise very easily, so I don't always remember which book a person was from or their names either, but I do remember liking the story of Jonah when I was a kid and I used to like reading the Bible picture book about him that we had a lot back then. But now? Hmm... Besides Jesus, I would say I liked many people and their stories. I liked David and his friend (I forgot his name currently), Abraham, Moses and Aaron, Jonah, Daniel, Noah, I think Esther, Job, um... Some of the apostles like I think Paul and some others, and I probably liked other people as well, but that's what I can think of currently. The people God took without having them die were pretty cool too. I think they probably have a role for the end times somehow because of that. I remember I definitely cried when I read about Saul's story during David's timeline. I cried more than once as well, it just felt so sad. Going to keep reading daily and trying to learn more. I'm still in Psalm but I've read through most of the Bible more than once in my life now I think (KJV, reading NKJV currently), I just didn't start taking it seriously til last year (2022) and was only praying with no reading except occasionally, weeks to months and even years apart back then. I had multiple things occur that made it seem like God had it all happen and align for a reason, and despite that I was really depressed for months because of being close to one person for years when she suddenly disappeared and had no more contact with me at all, I was also grateful it happened in the end since it feels like God had it happen for my benefit... I was struggling with many sins pretty strongly up til then anyway. And I had many sins/addictions since I was at least a preteen. Thankfully, things are lessening now, I'm not perfect, I still have struggles at times, but I'm still praying to improve and I feel like God has helped me improve compared to a year ago.
