The first tip is sooo true in my case. Everytime I try to study without music, I can't really concentrate. However, when I listen to music with no lyrics, (my favourite is classical like dark academy or piano, etc), I just forget about everything and I focus on my studies so much that I forget about the time!

You need to learn to love what you're doing, and nothing will need to push you. You'll simply just enjoy the joruney. For me the goal is to keep consistent with my studies, and I have a good circle of friends/family that help me stay motivated :)

Not to discourage, but Australia is super hard to get into for residency (I'm assuming that's what you mean by masters). The US is comparatively easier for international graduates.
