When things were at their very worst: 2 Suns, Cross in the sky, 2 comets will collide = don`t be afraid - repent, accept Lord`s Hand of Mercy. The first sign - the Earth will spin faster. The second sign concerns the sun, which will loom larger, brighter and begin to spin. Scientists will say it was a global illusion. Beaware - Jesus will never walk in flesh again. After WW3 - rise of the “ man of peace“ from the East = Antichrist - the most powerful, popular, charismatic and influential leader of all time. Many miracles will be attributed to him. He will imitate Jesus in every conceivable way. Don`t trust „pope“ Francis = the False Prophet - will seem to rise from the dead - will unite all Christian Churches and all Religions as one. One World Religion = the seat of the Antichrist. Benedict XVI is the last true pope - will be accused of a crime of which he is totally innocent. - banking collapse was deliberately masterminded by the Antichrist - Antichrist will step in and create a false peace in the state of Israel by joining them with palestine in an unlikely alliance. - „He will recite extracts from My Teachings, which he will passionately proclaim from every secular stage in the world, until people sit up and take notice of him.“ mdmlastprophet.com/when-i-come-as-the-king-of-mercy-not-one-soul-will-be-left-in-any-doubt-as-to-who-i-am-and-what-i-am/ mdmlastprophet.com/arab-uprising-will-spark-global-unrest-italy-will-trigger-fall-out/ The Book of Truth

You are greater than your emotions, and you need not repress them to realize this. *To become objective* with your own internal states, you must operate from a position where you can observe them and where you are not dominated by them. This will allow you to become present to yourself and will give you *true compassion* and understanding. Then you will not be a tyrant with yourself, and tyranny in your life will come to an end. Steps to Knowledge - The Book of Inner Knowing, by *Marshall Vian Summers*

Yesterday I went for a walk with a friend and her young daughter. I thought I knew where I was going, but I went the wrong way and we ended up a little bit lost. I was FURIOUS with myself for being such an idiot because I failed to follow simple instructions. However, instead of getting REALLY angry and kicking every tree in sight, (I did get a bit cross and grumpy) I enjoyed the walk we did end up doing. It was a lovely spring like day, (I’m in England) it was a very pretty village and there were flowers and plants for sale on the grass verge. So I saw, and enjoyed the positive outcome of my mistake. Not bad for an old grump like me. 😃👍🌺

I feel like I am stuck in a loop, I want to do better and happier, but I see things such as my laziness or inability to talk to people as a road block, then I start feeling like I'll never do anything and I should just give up or turn to solutions that only cause more problems, but when I look to find the real solution again I'm quickly overwhelmed and the cycle just starts over. So I usually just spend most of my days (everyday I can besides church on Sundays and school) locked up in my room. I don't think it's depression because I still do find happiness in things like talking to my friends but it's just temporary. I feel like no one understands and no one is really able to listen

I used to think I really got my emotions in check but wait till someone I really love or care about move funny or do something that hurts me real deep. I'll be in another dimension of "lost". I'd be so angry I'd start to ask a whole lot of questions and maybe say things like "I never want to see you again". I lose my temper, I'd cry so bad... In all, I badly wished all I could do was silently walk away or hang up or just breath slowly and allow myself to feel it.

Whenever i feel low i prefer go walking outside, breathe some air n calm down by saying its ok, this shall pass😊 n talking it out to one that's close to you can help too, also you can spent some time for your hobby like art or cooking that can make you happy n positive. There are many such ways one can calm themselves, find your own comfort n do so.. it will help definitely ✨

Happiness is not like weather that comes and goes, it's actually pleasures and pain that come and go. Happiness is in actuality the ever shining sun or sky that had been veiled by the clouds of the pleasure and pains. So in effect we need not savor happiness but instead we've to realise that happiness is our innate nature. So, rather than seeking pleasure and avoiding pain, realising the true nature of your being is the ultimate and real happiness.

Thank you for the very helpful tips. I've kept journals for a long time, & need to keep one specifically for my emotions. I love learning new things & strive to understand my emotions. I'm try to understand & get through massive, overwhelming grief. In 2020, I lost my precious daughter, then her husband, my best friend of 45 years & several others. Often, I honestly don't know what to do with myself & get past all this grief. My daughter & her husband were only in their 40'S. Is there a helpful book out there that I may find comfort & understanding in? Something easy to read & understand? Thank you for your help. You've been a bright light in my life ❤️

Since my bipolar disorder came full force 8 years ago I had a huge fear/mistrust of my emotions to the point I was anxious about my own happiness or excitement. I’ve gotten better so I no longer outright freak out when I fell something but I do still have moments I repress my feelings and isolate myself. I’m trying to develop a relationship (in a way) with my emotions because I guess I never tried to understand them during a critical time when I should have (my teen years). Wish me look

i wrote a french version hope this helps. On a tellement d'émotions.

Once you made the list, you will know how you're going to react before you do. Same with people living in bad place, what are the best, good, normal, bad, worse things that can happen around you. If you do that you will have mastered yourself and the situation at the same time.
