I'm using Bromantane and Dihexa from swisschems and I really like the benefit I'm getting mentally with these two. Improving focus and memory helps me a lot with work and surprisingly, Bromantane also helps me with sleep.

Hey hope you are well. I thought id share ive recently started drinking Yerba mate....have you researched this? Theres some really nice chemicals in Yerba Mate and im taking alongside qualia mind. Im getting an organic non smoked variety

I love shilajit! It makes a difference which one you take though - massively.
