I think it fits the saddle perfectly... I like the cleaner looking without the over hang tho.

I also got one 32 x 32 but I got the one inch I need thick cuz of my mates withers are very night totally loved it

They have three videos that you can watch to make sure that you measure correctly and understand what thickness etc you need. Did you get their advice before you ordered? Or watch the videos?

Thanks for making the video (2 videos, actually). I just ordered the same pad (minus the tooling and leg cutout) based on a recommendation from a clinician at Mule Days. Side note is that I ordered from Jeffers, which had the best price, and is family owned, but the pad ships directly from 5 Star and there has been very poor coordination/communication among us three parties about when the pad will actually get here. Also, rating a pad has to be based on how well it wears and how long it lasts. The higher price figures into the longevity of a product. 5 Star warrants that this pad will be good for 2,000 hours! So please give us an update in your rating now that you've had it for a year and again 1,000 hours from now! :-)

What is the point of the leg cut out?

ngl i think the pad is a fine length especially on your horse. you get it much longer and it’s gonna get in way of the horses hip when it’s running or working. light is fast so cut off as much as you can. it actually looks like a pretty good size for that saddle. not to preach but i don’t want people to go out and buy saddle pads that are way too big
