Yes 🙌🏽 these are such good tips. This is why I stopped doing the larger parties if I don’t have multiple vendors. It’s just too hard with an hour or 2 setup time!❤

Exactly! Good for you! Placing those boundaries so that you don’t compromise your level of work. It’s hard to say no, but sometimes we have to. Most of the kids venues around me are an hour tops, with some 30 min!! What could you possibly get done in 30 minutes?? Lol My husband feels the same but also likes to say, “Some parties are just business.” …meaning to make money and satisfy the client. 😩🤣
