Hey, fam! I’m Anthony. I’m fired up about meeting you where you are in a real, relevant, and relatable way. Here on this KZfaq channel, we’ll be having honest conversations about finding our authentic selves by living life based on spiritual, financial, and mental freedom. I essentially made a career change to cyber security last year after I was laid off for a LONG time. Kept at it with hundreds of resumes just hoping for a company to take a chance on me (I have some security skills but nowhere near expert level). Got hired on with a really great company. Currently making 86k, goal is to reach a certain 6-figure number in the next couple of years. If I can do it, anyone can.

You need to turn your hard earned cash/savings into REAL physical assets that won't lose value over time... and fast. The U.S. dollar is going to crumble over the next decade, and the government is going to be rolling out a digital currency that every American is going to be forced to adopt. Every transaction will be surveilled. The banks will have control over our entire financial livelihoods, and there's nothing we can do to stop it. All we can do is try our best to prepare ourselves and our families for a very uncertain, nerve-wracking future. After ALL of the steps mankind has taken to advance, evolve, and broaden our ideas of what's valuable over the years... It's kind of comical that we're pushing ourselves right back into the dark ages of property ownership being the only true form of wealth.

Are you good with your hands... I had good mechanical aptitude ended up going into engineering. Hind sight being 20/20 I would have been better off NOT going to school for Engineering. I've made $25-50/hour my career while my employers charge $150-250/ hour for my services. This has actually been completely in line with an automechanic pay no degree requirement. If you can develop a pathway to eventually break out on your own you can at least triple your income. I wish I would have stuck with construction I was doing part time in high-school. Saved up, built my own home, lived in it 2 years built the next house and sold the first one. If you live in a home 2 years there is a $250k (single), $500k (married) federal capital gains tax exemption. I'm married now working an 8-5 in my 30's I'm going to start building my first home in the next couple years. I can pull in up to $500k profit tax free every 2 years building, living in and selling my primary residence. After I get the first place sold I might quit the 8-5 or shift to reduced hours. Then start trying to build a smaller Rental home every year also. 4-5 Rentals will completely offset my 8-5 full time income even if I use a property management company. My goal is to build a few million in cash investments before I hit 50 with 5 Rentals, my main house, and no debt. Then "Retire".

You are meant for more King, and you're at the perfect age to go pursue more. A lot of guys are starting their own business in the technology space: you can create websites, apps, sell tech software, be a tech recruiter, etc. You got a lot of options bro. If you not sure what you want to do, just start trying stuff til you find something you like. The good thing is that in this workforce, a college degree is not always required. You should check out certifications, tech apprenticeships, bootcamps, etc.

Certifications & online courses less than $200 will be much more valuable & affordable. Also, these salaries are for senior level roles & depend on COL in your area. I am a Network Security Engineer, and the monitoring side is way more complicated than that. You need to know the security tools and speak the security language( defense and offense/ Infrastructure and Ethical Hacking ), like understand what a trojan horse looks like, ARP, DHCP, and DNS attacks look packet or script-wise. A solid understanding of Linux to use the tools to defend or attack and, most importantly, speak the language to present to the stakeholders how the company should avoid this from happening in the future... it's easy to say you just "monitor," but a lot happens in just "monitoring."

I have an A.S. degree, but have yet to secure even that of entry. I’m taking a leap of faith (which my faith in God is 150%) and going to start CourseCareers and break into Tech. I been praying on it and feel really good about the decision. So thank you for this video and even the one with Cyrus, I learned a lot and still am doing my research. But I really want to do it. So thank you truly. This is beyond inspiring. Not even for the money, but for the fact that you genuinely want us to thrive as a community. So thank you
