Docto I have multiple sclerosis im 35 and my husband has epilepsy were dying for a baby but.. would it be irresponsible to bring a baby into this world knowing we both have these conditions? Does baby higher chances of being born with a defect?

I have a 24 day cycle but ovulate on day 14/15 so this is not necessarily accurate.

Just because you get your period doesn’t mean you are ovulating. Your fsh number is what you need to look at.
