Agree on tires. Wish they were 35s with proper lift and wheel well support. They should also be a 30 offset to match the fender flares. Only thing I like more on ZR2 Bison. Hopefully they can add the mirrors to memory over an update. Mirrors can be folded with “fingerprint” lock on door handle. Automatically unfolds on unlock. The back seat warning can be disabled in the settings. The seat belt status on start stays on the screen way too long. The vents are actually under the seats. They aren’t on center console nor do they have their own controls but every passenger I’ve had in the back seats said they felt adequately cool on hot days. Not trying to be an apologist for any flaws but many can be mitigated. My biggest gripe is the wireless car play. It is better than when I first got the truck a month ago but Spotify has no audio and calls don’t have audio at least twice a week. Ford has acknowledged issues with car play and android auto and don’t plan to have a fix until next year.

I just got mine yesterday. Love it so far. I turned the back seat setting off. Also the mirrors can be set to fold when locked. I agree totally about the AC seats. The back seat has vents under the front seats. Thanks for sharing.

FYI the reminder to check the back seat is configurable in the settings. Also, I picked up my brand new Ranger Raptor 2 days ago and I absolutely LOVE this thing! Oh, and 1 thing I don't like is the fake engine sound they pump through the speakers.

I really think it was on purpose for the 33" tires for the next year's 35" or even 37" package as their marketing strategy, and I can almost guarantee they'll relocate the rear AC vent on the next generation from under the seat. But considering the other competition, I think the Ranger Raptor is still the better truck. I got my standard Raptor last year and was considering the Ranger Raptor, but I couldn't wait. However, if they upgrade certain specs, as you mentioned I again will consider the Ranger Raptor and might trade in the F150 Raptor when it gets to a certain milage. Don't get me wrong, I love the full size.

Excited to see if they fix all of these on 2025's. I will still not be buying one any time soon but I think there is a lot of room for improvement. My biggest gripes are lack of sun roof and ventilated seats at that price.

Rear seats alert was quite annoying when it happened to me first time. After putting all the head rest down, it no longer beeps. Problem solved! See if this works for US versions From Australia 24.5 Ranger Raptor

For the mirrors, u can set it to fold/unfold when u lock/unlock the vehicle via the settings U can turn the reminder to check rear passengers notification from the settings too. I agree with the lack of ventilated seats though, but for my area, the AC is enough. Was surprised abt no rear AC in the US spec though, cos the rest of the world have theirs

they probably made it that way to avoid additional regulations involved with it being classified as commercial. I know in California we have a crazy high commercial vehicle tax on registration. So i’m sure people here are glad it’s .1” short.

The tire they did was actually smart and helps with performance! You put 35's and you're gonna need a tune i think. The mirror thing sounded funny, my wife's 2022 Toyota 4runner doesn't have folding mirrors 😅 but honestly thats the last thing were worried about since its a true offroader.. the ac vents i agree 💯 percent and think that was just being lazy on ford! The width thing they did that on purpose or why would anyone buy the raptor over this.! Im messing with ya, i know you love this truck. Im actually looking too order one in the next couple of weeks. The dealership near me has a few allocations and when i was looking at one in person i asked the sales guy about mark-ups he told me they're not allowed too do that at that dealership and i can get one for 55,000.00-58,000 fully optioned and comes with oil changes and a detail!!

Kinda agree with the AC seats but the rear missing air vents its not a big deal the vents are under the front seats are have been more than enough for my rear passengers in 113 F Temps down here in South Texas. The Width thing is because this is a global truck, other countries don’t have big ass roads like we do. You can turn off the rear seat reminder so that’s not an issue either, compared to my Tesla the tech in this truck is ancient but that’s ok because it’s a completely different animal.

Okay you lost me... 1st you complain about memory mirrors, and just after that that there is just too much tech? 2nd Making the truck wider, just to have 3 amber lights... Get 3 lights and put them on if you need to see them. You know you need a different license for something that wide in most countries, which is more expensive to get, and will equal more road taxes, and more for insurance... Did you think at all when making this?

Are you having buyers remorse at all? I currently Own a gen 1 and strongly considering the RR. However, all those points you make I agree with and makes me scratch my head a little. Also live in VA so definitely gets hot and have a little one that would be in the back seat.

Poor video. Needs better research. The difference in terms of horse power is due to the different/longer exhaust system. Does it matter ? No clue, what matters is the dyno-numbers. Bronco Raptor is 323 Ranger Raptor is 349 (both numbers from Hennessey). The tech ... really ? You can disable the beeping for the rear passengers, easy to find setting. IMHO this truck is spot on with tech, perhaps even on the light side. Width ... really ? The whole point of the Ranger Raptor is that it's not a ungodly big F-150 Raptor, so why bickering about the 0.2 inches that it's short of 80, for what reason again ? Lights ? Bigger tires, again, for what ? Ford spliced the market into the Baja segement (F-150 Raptor), Rock Crawling segment (Bronco Raptor) and Rally segement (Ranger Raptor). Why is 33 vs 35 such a big issue, when the product for this segment is called "Brono Raptor" ?
