You also don't need to buy any of these items you mentioned if you have a Vitamix blender (the one that heats and freezes). The VITAMIX also takes up much less space and is much more affordable. (as of today, in the US a Thermamix is $2,400 vs the top Vitamix blender is $500 USD).

I purchased an Aldi Stirling Thermo Cooker with your wonderful little Recipe book in it a few months ago. And I have not used it because I was apprehensive and to be honest a bit scared of it - this comes with age lol! I had no idea even after reading the books supplied with the cooker how to really use it - the first thing that puzzled me was the metal blade but I see now on a card supplied that it must be what we have to use for dough mixing etc, and the plastic thing for whisking perhaps cream, ice cream and other liquids. You know a demonstration video from you on how to use this machine properly would be awesome. I am almost 80 and I have read the books they give you, but it does not really tell you in depth how to weigh things properly. I tried about 10 times to weigh butter using it and could not work it out. What I did, in the end, was use another thing to weigh the butter and then tried it on that flat surface when I should have used a dish with the butter in it, old people would find it hard to understand where youngsters are still very apt and capable. xx Many thanks for the wonderful and informative videos and work you put in for all of us your loyal fans xx

Pasta sauce from fresh tomatoes when I have a glut from my garden, or when in season and cheap. Freezes beautifully 😊 Also, grated cheese!

Why some people keep posting other device names here? And also commenting about price. The subject here is Thermomix and who has one knows what it means and why we paid what we paid for. If you had one you would not be trying to “compare” with other brands. Please write here only if you have a genuine Thermomix experience.

Not so well said. Many people can't afford a Thermomix - let's face it, they're not cheap - and any guidance on affordable alternatives is useful for them.

Soup mixes! So many recipes use a can of soup or a packet of soup mix. Never buy them! Make a simple white sauce and add the ingredients for a soup with vegetable stock paste.
