Today I want to share some things that I regretted buying recently. Sometimes, unfortunately we buy compulsively only to regret later. However, I think it's very important to learn from our mistakes and understand that our personal style evolves and keep track of that evolution so that we understand what's really working for us today. I appreciate your positivity regarding your regrets! I tend to focus on the regret, and not learn from it. Biggest lesson learned for me is the dupe rarely works as well. Thank you for your honesty and being so real!

Silvana you are speaking to me right now; I just got rid of some pieces that didn't speak to me anymore. On another note, I wish those blazers were a size 12 I would buy them today. LOL...thanks as always for making us think how is our closet working for US!!

Both blazers looked great on you....but not with those wide leg jeans. My regrets are buying designer clothing without looking at the fabric label. Even designers use synthetics. Luckily, I haven't made that mistake in a few years. Excellent video 😊

Silvana, you look absolutely stunning in that black blazer! Don't give it away! I love the sophisticated, non-obvious look with the wide jeans you pulled off, accentuating only your slim waist. No jewellery, just pure architectural structure. I have never put any comment under your videos, but in this case I feel I have to :) Besides, you have really inspired me to introduce some new elements to my wardrobe. I also had made a lot of mistakes in the past, so I bought that new things second-hand, just in case. But I love them! Thank you so much for what you do!

Great video! Thank you for discussing a familiar topic! Buying clothing is complicated. I have learned many lessons myself! Some expensive, some not as much. It’s the mistakes in my closet that help me refine my style, since I can pinpoint why certain items don’t work for me. When a garment hits all the marks, it’s such a good feeling! Hi Bella, yes it can be complicated but I guess the core message here is to pay attention to patterns and avoid making the same mistakes twice. After I bought that dress I'm now so much more aware of how it looks on the model even though they are normally very slim and tall, it still gives you an idea of how it's going to fit on you. it's all about self awareness at the end, isn't it? xx

Good lessons youve passed on. I think I'd keep that dress to wear belted - optional - but open over a tank & pants.

I enjoyed this video and it’s nice to know that you are human along with the rest of us and occasionally make fashion mistakes. 😂 my worst one is buying a jacket in an unflattering cut because I liked the print or the fabric.

You touched on everything we women has gone through. I’m definitely guilty of not returning when purchased online and missed the window to return. I now read the return policy especially the cost besides time to do so.
