I had this same problem I exposed myself to porn mot realizing I was opening my spirit to perverted activities. I realize one day enough was enough. I started praying asking God first to forgive me then I prayed God would help me to overcome this spiritual fight. I love God and knew it grieved the Holy Spirit. Many years later and with God help that feeling doesn't comtrol me I control it. Its a spiritual fight that you csn win but it will require work on your part. Prayer,reading scripture. The devil doesn't csre sbout our walk with God. His job is to rob kill and destroy our testimony and make us feel not worthy to serve God. You ask God to forgive you and He has God loves you and cares for you. Continue to believe God for victory and never give up. Im 65 and the devil still comes to attack me with this but I have learn not to give in by calling on the Lord when those feelings come. You are victorious you are a winner and you are loved by God even with this situation he loves you but remember you can control it with the help of the Holy Spirit. I will pray for you that God will break this ungodly stronghold off your life like . When the enemy tells you to look at porn refuse todo so. Satan can only do what we allow him to do we give him access to our mind and heart. Shut it down so you can live in freedom and not condemnation.

I know what that is like. It was broken in me years ago at a prayer meeting by the Holy Spirit. I knew I had a problem. I knew it was wrong. I was in bondage. I had to look every night and day. It was at a prayer meeting I was praying and the Holy Spirit came down on me and I felt it break. You cannot fight this in your own strength. Repent of it, confess it to someone, even if it is embarrassing. (That humility is important) And pray BELIEVING God by His Holy Spirit will set you free. Do not stop praying and believing! OCD is nothing else than fear and anxiety going over the top. It is a terrible battle but believe me you need to hold fast to Jesus, keep your eyes on Him, he did not give you a Spirit of fear. The devil will try and deceive you in thinking you blasphemed against the Holy Spirit but he is a liar! Do not believe this! It is his tactic! DO NOT neglect the Word of God and prayer, I pray that you will stand strong and persevere, and you will, because He is able to keep you. Hallelujah! He is : "I am".

I’ll tell you this, do not let religious things take over your life. People with OCD or scrupulousity shouldn’t get too involved in religion, because I suffer from the same thing. Intrusive thoughts over moral matters will consume you and you’ll suffer. However a spiritual life walked in a mild manner is better, keep the prayers simple. and stay away from arguments over sin, and doctrine. Also stay away from people that are dogmatic and controlling using their religion as a weapon. Stay with people that are supporting and aren’t very dogmatic. I hope this works

Remember Jesus Christ is Lord study Ephesians. He's not a religious person crushing you. But he warns is in scriptures to stay away from the world. We must stay in the Word of God daily.
