Stop doing this: 1- avoid low vibrations(scary movies,alcohol,meat) 2- isolation( 3- Dont ignore your inner intuition 4-over whelm. Keep it simple. Work few hours. Simple life. Simplify your life. 5- dont disconect from nature

@@mandaleg7757 Same with any behavior people have resistance to letting go of. "If a viewpoint that is contrary to your own offends you, that is a clear indicator that you subconsciously know that you have no valid standing for holding the perspective you do." If a perspecive that is contrary to your own doesn't bother you, it's because you are at peace with where you stand and hold a good foundation. Pay attention to what off-ends you and shift the perspectives necessary to keep your balance and center. Just my two scents to such folk :D

That’s what I struggle with, isolation. I’m used to being alone. I have eliminated toxic people including family from my life. I always listen to my intuition. I can simplify my life which I am craving, once my kid flies the coop. 2 years to go.

Isolation is necessary for retrospection and introspection. When we are alone we are able to better understand our inner selves and better heal the parts of our ego which were damaged due to religious/govermental brainwashing and social indoctrination. If we don't learn how to be happy alone, we will never truly be happy amongst others.

It's hard to avoid lower vibrational people since I've never met any guy that would match my vibration and I've spent 27 years in horrible pain caused by loneliness. Now my boyfriend isn't ideal, he's great but he doesn't understand me on a spiritual level but I'm afraid of ever leaving him because I dread this loneliness again.
