I initiated a 100$ deposit to moomoo on 3/22/2024 and it was removed from my bank account to moomoo on 3/25/2024 to moomoo but even though they have the money already they haven't added it into my moomoo account, Also they haven't given me any free stocks as advertised and stated they would, this is my first investing account so maybe they are just taking long time but they promised 5free soon as I made a 100$ deposit valued at between 2.5$ and 2000$ each so total between 2.5$-10000$ for all 5 advertised and promised, if they do uphold their end I'll edit this comment to let yall know but if they don't I'll have to speak with attorney as they've already taken 100$ from my bank and not provided what they advertised. @@altzvvmspujz3367 Hello, thanks for watching. Don't worry if your deposit hasn't shown up yet-it's normal for it to take a bit. I'm in the same boat. I made a deposit a few days back, and it's left my bank but hasn't popped up in my Moomoo account either. Should be there soon, though!

Just want you to know what the “Fine print” is before you use Moomoo for your investments needs. Some people just jump onto a broker without knowing about them, just that it gives 3 free stocks. That’s the warning. They claim to give you 5.1% on your “Uninvested” money, but what is the “Expense rate”. You see 5.1% but don’t see the fine print….. they may charge .42% like Fidelity.

sell to close orders are unavailable for this product. I have two stocks I am trying to sell and moomoo wont let me sell. It says, sell to close orders are unavailable for this product, can someone let me know what this means. i guess I have to call them. crazy!

3 per rolling 5 days it's like that for any US brokers it's called a pdt rule if you don't want to have one but are ok with higher commissions and also trading platform fee and market data sub you can day trade with just 500 on cmg brokers they are very reputable it's where I started daytrading and went to interactive brokers for cheaper fees realized I didn't need all that data joined etoro and moomoo dropped etoro and kept moomoo for my daytrade account that's taxed but you should be trading out if a roth so it's not taxed on your capital gains

yes lending out custome scecurities to short sells how devalue the customers investment just like all the other crap brokarages.

I deposited only $100 to test out the platform but I don’t like it, it’s been over a week and it says I have $0 available to withdraw, while my balance is $100. How can I withdraw?

Same here. So it takes 4-5 days for deposit to clear, not counting holidays or weekends. After it settles you’ll have to wait another 4-5 days to withdraw. Then another 4-5 days for your money to deposit back in bank. At least I hope. I’m starting to think it’s a scam.

I've been using it for a month now with roughly 40k in the account. It took a week for my first deposit to get in but now it's almost instant. Not sure what it was causing the delay but its working great for me.

I believe this is because of a money laundering protection rule in the U.S. TastyTrade has a similar rule. If you're trying to withdraw money to another bank account that didn't originate the deposit, it can take weeks if not months. At least that's how other brokers handle it, and I presume it's similar to how MooMoo handles it.

You just don't know what your doing gave my buddy a code we both got our fractional shares while they are pointless as you clearly don't know this because you don't trade but you also need to have an account min balance of 1000 for 90days to recieve the shares but then you have to buy the rest of the fraction of a share to get a full share and the only ones really worth it are nvdia
