But the villain arc failed to bring this dark hunting feeling to the watcher wich was the manga arcs intend. Hope they don't make the same mistake with the next arc wich would be devastating to the anime, would get the chance to cancel the anime series. Hope they don't waste the dark potential of the war arc!

The proof here is that he change Uraraka’s reason to be a hero, Todaroki’s quirk using (letting him use his fire side) and Bakugo’s opinion (willing to work with him)

At this point in time I believe the highest Deku could get was 8%, that second gear Bakugou was talking about was him upping the power output from 5-8%. By the time of the Overhaul fight he's consistently able to use about 15% and able to kick it into like 20 or 25% for a short time (again, if I'm not mistaken, it's been a while so I might be getting some numbers wrong).

@@animeotaku22 yeah I don't remember a point where deku used 15 percent. All Might said he would've taught deku how to use ranged attacks (air force) if he managed to use 15% directly but realised that deku already switched directly from 8 to 20 in the shie hassaikai raid. Also watch season 6 it's worth the hype

@@animeotaku22 yeah I get it but since I was curious and wanted to know what happens in the first ep I realised there's no going back so I'm currently watching it ep by ep. I recommend you start watching Saturday bec this next ep looks epic. Also just FYI I'm extremely curious and so I wanted to know what would happen after this season so I may or may not have read the manga you know. But it still feels so different animated and it's like seeing it for the first time you know what I mean?

I’m torn. It was one of if not the absolute coolest fights ….BUT… bakugo remaining conscious through an 8% smash to the mouth (let alone fighting through it) is some of the most extreme plot induced stupidity I’ve ever seen. That bakugo “won” is unforgivably dumb
