The simplicity of this hides the great depth of it's beauty. 13 years of life, ups, downs, and turn arounds distiller into a 10 minute video on a couch in pajamas. It's said that simplicity is genius, my friends, your relationship, both of you as beings, as individuals in relationship, harmonious, loving, beautiful, passionate, fun, expressions of love and light are shining from your every pore, pouring out and showering us with that energy. I am grateful for your committed action, truly inspiring. Thank you.

This is great!! My husband and I love traveling together and experiencing new cultures. We are working and traveling together 24/7 so it is important for us to get time along. Its a blast but also hard work. I wouldn't change traveling together for anything. -Ash

Once I went to make my hair in Thailand and my husband went to rest a bit. I didn't check my phone since I finished, when I checked I saw 10 messages from him that was "Don't ever leave me alone in Thailand again, two girls grabbed me for a massage". The lesson was "don't leave your husband alone in Thailand" hahaha it was just funny and we laughed about it for days

A tip I can recommend when traveling with your partner is TO FORGIVE EACH OTHER. Everybody makes mistakes, especially if you are tired after a long journey. If you get mad, the situation will only get worse. Thanks for the tips and congratulations on your beautiful relationship.

I was so surprised when I learned that you were married and together since 13 years, you are two very beautiful persons forming a great couple! I remenbered reading an article about how important is it to travel with your partner before starting to live together and I think it's really a great tips. Travel make you discover so much about your partner that you can not see when you are in your daily life, it reminds you a lot about why you love the other person or not!

We love travelling together and we think we are quite rare in the fact that we both like doing exactly the same things haha. However, during the down time we tend to separate ourselves and do our own things, which maybe is the secret. We also decided before we went travelling that we wouldn't hold grudges in arguments and that we would sort it out really quickly so we didn't ruin our time abroad. That has actually stuck after coming back from our travels, so in sense travel bettered our relationship :) Amy & Yas

Stronger, deeper and more valuable, the same words that we would use to describe how it is to be a full time travel couple. so big thanks for sharing your ideas and experiences which we recognize so much. It is the best time we ever had together, besides the time we just met and the moment we get married. Now after 12 years, our long term travel plan is so refreshing to us and our relation, just like you say in this video. For us it's a path towards a better version of yourself, day by day. Big thumbs up!

Sometimes we do separate experiences while on the same trip. I'm not a big solo traveler, but I've been on a couple and they've been okay. I do enjoy spend my trips with my husband for the most part, but you're right, you are different people so doing different things every once in a while is nice! We've been together 12.5 years and LOVE how much experience we have under our belt now.

Absolutely love your perspectives. My partner and I have just started traveling long term together in the beginning of January, and it has definitely been pretty tough at times. We try to always remember that our connection is most important and give love. I know over time, as we go through the waves, we will get better and better at dealing with it. Thanks for sharing your energy and putting the time into this. It's totally worth it.

Well said you two. Re solo travel, we've been together since we were 17 so we've only ever traveled together! We often wonder if we should each do a trip on our own just to see what it's like 😬 Enjoyed this video, excited to see more!

You guys look so happy together. I definitely like your point about you not being the same as your partner; I am a terrible morning person and would not choose to get up early for much at all, but my boyfriend has got me up early and I've been so thankful for it because I've seen something amazing. He's also suggested seeing places or doing things I hadn't thought of myself, and vice versa.

OOOOMGEEEEE - I got sick in Peru too! We were in a hostel so not only did I have it coming out of both ends, but I had to tell Mark I couldn't leave the bathroom while everyone in our 8 room dorm heard what was wrong... ugh, it was the worst! Love the video! We're 4 months into our year around the world and have learned so much about each other already :) HERE'S A QUESTION: How do you guys decide when to put the camera down? That has been a struggle for us and we only have one channel. I can't imagine what it's like having 2 channels!

I have a broken stomach in Lisbon, and the bathroom was in the room/house and the “door” was a cloth.... we had learned that you always have to have your music ready for bathroom time when travel with your partner/husband, it gives a little bit of liberty to do your stuff without thinking on the noisy.... XD

I loved the video! I'm about to go to Thailand for my 10th trip and I will be traveling my girlfriend on our second trip together. So far all has been good. Although it does take some getting used to as I've always been a solo traveler either with independent trips or on group tours. I just have the added complexity of a long distance relationship with someone on the other side of the world. :-)
