So true brother; I used to drink a gallon a day for 3 years straight. I stopped this summer to take a break, and it is insane how much more lethargic, constipated, and sick i felt without it

It was a challenge to drink a gallon of water a day I have a gallon water bottle and I refill that like three times a day I haven't had a different drink since 2018

Make sure too keep up on salt, magnesium , potassium, calcium when doing this

The first time i did this i my head was heavy i drank out of those big gallon bottles my advice is at least to me is to get a piece of paper get to mini bottles each one being equivalent of to cups and a mug and write in the morning drink 4 cups and then fill that mug and drink out of the mug over again until both of those bottles are done then mark the paper and then every hour not every min you don't want to wash youre electro lights out and do it until you completed youre goal you can start with 2 also Ps this tricks youre brain by doing something easy that is actually hard and feeding it with pleasurable goals

The reason most people only pee 2-3 times a day is because of school or work. School and work should encourage going to pee but if they did that the kids would be abusing the power. The most you should pee is 1-2 times an hour if you pee more than that your overhydrated and you're probably taking vitamins you don't need. Healthy people should really pee about 5-7 times a day. This may not be the same for everyone, but it should be about average.

Electrolytes won't be flushed out that badly and simple solution anyways

I would have to replace my electrolytes if I drank a gallon a day ~ it also washes out the sodium…
