I have experience this truth in my life. About a decade back I was down in the dumps mentally and emotionally. I was on the brink of a breakdown. I had only two choices either be depressed about it or take charge and atleast start pretending to be happy. First my body was refusing to listen to me...I was hospitalized a few times because of panic attacks or so... but gradually it followed suit. Till today, I am amazed at howmuch my life and me had changed in that single year. I had attracted somuch positivity and abandance that one year that could last me a lifetime. Slowly my life transformed and many years later I discovered Sadhguru. I have not enrolled myself with the inner engineering program yet. But hope to do the course and meet Sadhguru in person one day.

I have been living like this the past couple weeks and during my vacation I’ve had some days where everything that can go wrong did. I didn’t let it affect my happiness. Sadhguru has helped me understand it is my choice and not anything from outside of myself. I am so happy being happy and it has had a huge affect. Now I can control my mind a bit more but I have so so much to go still! Listen to this man with an open heart and mind. If you don’t understand come back later. I know if I heard this 3 years ago I’d think he is just saying things. Sadhguru has helped me find the yoga I have been searching for and opened my conscious mind to so much ♥️

So I had an extremely bad week and I maintain a happy state. It must show on the outside because today I was going in the store and a lady in the parking lot walked up to me and said she wished she was me and I asked why she said because I am really cute and look very happy. I invited her to a hippie event I am hosting next year and she told me thank you so much because I made her feel happy today. I almost cried made me feel good to make her feel happy.
