Golden rules shared. I bought Tata nano genx in 2019 , manufactured in 2016. I can appreciate the improvements in it from initial nano as I owned once 2012 model as well. Genx is much better in style,handling,cost of ownership etc. Next car I would try of Honda (city/accord). Thanks for your valuable videos sir.

I want to buy a BMW sedan of 2009 model which costs for 3.50 lac around. But I m confused weather it will be having its service & spear parts avialable on the right time or not & I m living in rural areas where roads r very rough and the is car is having less road clearance. And it has only 3 years of its actual life to expire from being valid. But the car is in branding new condition & is cheapest in cost which I can afford & is my favorite choice. Should I go for this car to buy it or not?

I don't agree with you. One must never go for discontinued car models. Even though you may get it for a discounted price but part availability will be a major point of concern.
