When you say 'I am xyz' then just ask yourself from where this 'I' is arising in you. When you are in deep sleep where this 'I am' goes. If any thought come to you just see to whom it arised.when you are driving a car or when you are doing any imp work, where this 'I' goes, after continuous observation or seeing you will realise that this 'I am' is just a thought. And you are the 'seer' witnessing your ego or 'I am'. Lets say you have a problem just see to whom this problem arised, after seeing or observing, you will realise that you are the 'seen'. Which is seeing or witnessing your problem. There is quote which says 'The one you are looking for is the one who is looking' so you are not the consciousness you are the knower of conciousness. Actually your beingness is the 'Self'. Jai guru🙏
