I lived in Alaska over 15 years including above the Arctic circle. People go missing because it's a big place and they don't tell everyone where they're going. It's not sinister it's nature.

I am also from Alaska, and it is just an absolutely massive state! And I have heard all kinds of stories for years of people just vanishing. Which you are right, it could very well be people not telling anyone where they are going or even falling through the ice when they are alone. But....there are always a few stories that just seem so crazy it's hard to believe it is anything but paranormal. Thank you for the conversation, I really appreciate it!
