It would also be great to have newer versions of Android so that apps don't start to refuse to install/run due to it running an old version 👍

They use older versions of android because, like newer versions of Windows, newer versions of android use more system resources. This is a business decision to optimise things like battery life, performance, cost and greater architectural understandings of base android versions.

3:40 Yeah I tried Regal refresh + Depth and it doesn't work on Boox Page, still has ghosting/afterimages on all images. Only full refresh each page displays images properly.

Why I can't add a book to more than one bookshelf? This would be huge difference between two modes of displaying the library. Now it is almost the same, creating a bookshelf or new subdirectory.

Any chance of implementing automatic full page refresh on pages with images? Kindle does that - full refresh for pages with images, regular refresh for text only pages. Meanwhile, Boox Page does not, which results in ghosting on all images regardless of selected refresh mode...

I downloaded the neoreader for windows, but i already have neoreader on my leaf2 (with activation). the question is; do i have to buy a second activation for the windows app. if not, how do i find the activation code for the pc, that is the same as me leaf 2.. i want to have the same library on my windows as on my leaf 2. please help

Hello, the NeoReader is a standard feature of our devices. We do not provide programs for computers or phones.

Neoreader for PC is pure garbage. They never send me any activation code no response to my customer complaints. Stay away from it. Neoreader on Boox devices is the one thing which differentiates (for better) them from their competitors, highly superior implementation for Eink device.

Are there any tips on how to see Neo Reader as an App? Whenever I open a book in it, and leave, I have to find the file and open it all over again. I don't know what I'm missing.

Hi, you can open the multi-task switcher to find your NeoReader easily. By assigning the function to a gesture or a navigation button, you can quickly access the multi-task window. I have spent over 8 hours navigating the BOOX Air 2 plus, reading manual, watching youtube. Not an easy tablet. I turned off floating toolbar and after spending 6 hours I am NOT able to activate again 🧐. It should not be this difficult to activate options. Why so difficult? E-books, in manual it says tap in middle of screen, my ass. Nothing is working. Just frustrating very frustrating. I purchased it yesterday. You know what I did, reformatted it to Factory settings. Lets see what happens. Very very bad experience. Extremely bad experience

Have you tried swiping from the left or the right to the middle, normal the floating toolbar appears again. If you then click and hold on the toolbar you can drag it to the sides. This worked for me. PS. I agree that it is difficult and non intuitive and the manual does not show the steps that you have to follow to reach the different settings mentioned in the manual.
