1. Have a north star - everything you do should ladder up to this. Facebook's North star on their B2C side is Returning Monthly Users. 2. Create a product that serves a purpose. 3. Short iterations - learning-first mentality. Iterative approach on product. 4. Human resource need to be more specialised and empowered to make decisions. More career driven. 5. Customer-centric technology adoption.
