Funny story, I had to go to the doctors because I lost my hearing in one ear and they used the spraying device and sprayed the crap outta my ear until a huge piece of ear wax came out. It was pretty fun, 10/10 would do again😂

Also you should put a cup underneath your ear so that when you spray the water, all the water and ear wax will go in there.
