I like foam rollers. Thr curls last and they are so pretty. I saw Keisha Charmaine roll her waist length locs in foam rollers and kept the curls for more than a week!

I have had my locs for 9 years and they are down to my butt. I wish I could use perm rods but it's too much hair for that. Plus it takes way to long to dry them. My on going issue for me is funky dry scalp and super dry hair because my scalp does not tolerate ANY oil, grease or anything like that. I'm not sure what's going on but I'm really frustrated with it but I'm not cutting or combing them out because I love the super low maintenance.

Have you tried head and shoulders with almond oil? It really works for dry itchy scalp. And i like grape seed oil for my roots. Its light. I try not to apply oil directly on my scalp.

@@AnimeLover1672 yes. Its the head and shoulders dry scalp care. I feel like once you get your scalp in balance you can introduce a light oil that's right for your scalp. Good luck!

@@MeMyself984 Have you tried JoJoba oil?? I did try that one and it seemed to work really good for a while and then my scalp went right back to that kinda stinky smell. But maybe if ai try the shampoo and get the scalp together then I can focus on the oil. Thank you dear heart, God Bless.

I always had problems putting perm rods in my hair so I gave up on them. I worked better with flexi rods.
