Ditto!! I have been doing my usual moizturizing routine more often to that section. Like every other day. Still very frizzy but it has stopped breaking

Angela H Right, When I’m doing my wash n go routine I have to save that crown area for last because it’s the driest, the thickest and the most susceptible to frizz and poofiness (is that even a word?!) lol and I HAVE to use gel on that part to keep it tamed. For the rest of my hair I can get away with just using a leave in or a cream but that top part needs tons of hold

I just started washing my hair upside down and there’s definitely been a difference in frizz also especially if you have thick hair, applying deep conditioners and stuff like a relaxer and splitting the hair to make sure you get all parts of it

@@twinklesangma7284 no it isn’t a lot of people have this, i did and i tried protein treatment and my curls are back i dont know if it works for everyone but for me it did ( i have 3c-4a 4b hair high porosity btw)

Does polyester satin still count as a good pillowcase for sleeping with curly hair! Also I have a question, I use a lot of moisturizing products but I find that it never holds onto day two. How would I make my curly hair last for more than 24 hrs

Yep! Silk is said to be a little better when it comes to keeping your hair moisturized(but it’s wayyyy to expensive in my opinion so I just stick to satin), plus satin works great for preserving your hair too. Satin will reduce frizz and preserve your curls just as well.i would say try sleeping with your hair in a pineapple and see if that works!

Its hard to say without actually seeing your hair in person but It’s probably in need of moisture, deep conditioning should help.

Lydia how often do you detangle your hair? I have 3c 4a hair and I can't go more than 3-4 days without conditioning and detangling or my hair would be a nightmare to detangle. How do you go more than 7 days without detangling? Did you have to train it to make it more manageable?

I’m 13 with 3b hair. If you use a towel to dry your hair try to use a shirt. Make sure you comb your hair while you’re in the shower with conditioner or when you get out the shower with product.

Hey! I also have 3c hair and I struggle with the problem of only my roots being frizzy😩I recommend using Shea Moisture and their creams and gels. You should also make sure you deep condition maybe at least 4 times a month

Cassandra Gordon its a german salt bun. Here in Germany people call it Breze or Brezel 🥨, in USA people call it Pretzel 😊 it’s delicious, especially when it’s made freshly.
