5 Ways to Overcome the Flesh
Not only are we warring against the devil and the world, but there is also a war within called the flesh that every person struggles against. We either have the old nature or the new nature operating in us. The flesh within is in partnership with the devil and it cannot be cast out but instead must be crucified. If we indulge in the flesh we submit to the conflict against us. In Christ, we already have the victory and it is accessible to us today!

I have something to tell you. I did the masterbation long before I was no longer a virgin. Most of my life, I was alone and thought it was better to do it myself than to deal with a man for just that. When I was saved on October 31st 2021, that stopped. Not right away, did it go. But within the first weekk I was already down to once a week. It took sometime a few months Now I don't even miss it. But one night I came home and I believe someone sent a demon in with me because some strange things happened. I fell asleep meditating in prayer (which happens a lot), but I woke up shortly after with what I thought was the Holy Spirit because my whole body was in goosebumps. But then my feet got tickled. I went back to sleep, not thinking anything about it. And when I woke up, my pants (which are my thinnest ones and the only ones I can sleep in) woke up, and my pants were almost wrapped up in my hair. If i had pulled them off, they would have been at my feet. I had such a weird feeling all that morning. I never believed it when the pastors said it is a spirit helping you masterbate, but after that night, I surely believe it . I prayed the blood of Jesus over my room and house every night for almost a week and haven't had any issues since. But I also don't masterbate. The last time I did it was at the end of a week long, almost back slid, and I felt so guilty. Repented and have been closer to Jesus than I ever have been since. I hope this helps. Keeping busy and staying vigilant in the word is the best way to keep from failing, it is not easy to resist at first, but with time and effort, it can be done.
