Before you buy this vehicle, let me point out the error BMW made in its design. On the front grill area where the radiator is located and slightly visible. Designers should have considered to put a mesh grill cover. Just recently purchased the M35i version, in less than 3 weeks of driving on the freeway to go to work. A rock punctured the radiator, took it to BMW for service and unfortunately it is not covered on their warranty. Hefty service price to pay 😏

hi knoxmayer. i am very sorry for that!!! this is my number one choice, will be getting the standard version. with the technology package. how much will it cost at the dealer to replace the radiator? will that be covered if I buy the ultimate care package plus for $850?

I drive a 2023 Xline X1 with 18” wheels, heated sport seats, lumbar support, adaptive cruise, premium package, heads-up display - $45K. Car is roomy, quick, nimble, comfortable. The major drawback is the lag/lurch from a stop. And the iffy AWD that just doesn’t work on curves in the snow.

I traded in my 2021 330i M Sport for this one. Because I got a new pup In January, and he is a big boy. I love it. Obviously doesn’t drive like a 3 series sporty sedan. But I am grateful, and getting used to driving a suv. It’s super cute. Got it in lagoon blue. I don’t have to worry about staggered tires. I have a spare tire now. I have a pano which I really like. 🎉 And the inside of the X1 is larger than the x3 when you sit in it. You can even look up the inches online to compare.

Hey! just FYI my email is on the about tab of the channel - but in relation to your question, I've begun work on trying to get the EV9 - the Chicago fleet is always a little behind the rest of the country, but hoping to do any EV9 video around spring! I have the X5 on my list for this year (probably wont be in the fleet) so will see if my friends at International BMW have one I can try - thanks for reaching out!

The X1 is sick.but after you add the options it over 48k. However, I don't think anything matches it in its class. We're looking at the idrive with sport trim and sport suspension. Plus the technology package. And add the h/k sound your sitting at 50k but hey she is beautiful and powerful

Q3 and GLB are not even completion- drove both several times. And glb AMG is $8k more than the m35. And Q3 is a tiny slug

New cars starting 2024 are having some cost cutting mesures plus the new Idrive 9 that is very bad (very buggy, responds with delay, voice control not working). I regret buying the care because of it.

X1 is meant to promote Mini owners to the BMW lineup. Mini botched the new generation, so this is refuge for any mini owner within the countryman or clubman.
