I moved to Yulee in Dec 2022 and would not agree with this video. What I’ve found is a pleasant community with plenty to do and experience. If you are coming to Northern Florida take the time to review the master planned community of Wildlight. This plan includes attention to amenities such as bike paths, trails, ponds, open space and guess what, it’s all new!! There are great builders here and the area is exhibiting a strong increase in residential home sales. You are 15 min to Jacksonville Airport which is awesome when traveling or picking up guests. You are 20 min to the great beaches on Amelia Island and downtown Fernandina. An 90 minute drive gets you into Savanna GA and 60 min drive into St Augustine. Plenty of fresh catch fish is available. The term here is FLOCO , Florida Low Country and it’s an attitude not a penance. BTW, the proper term is Suburban, not Suburbian!! (You kind of lost me at hello with that one!) Come to Yulee and enjoy a relaxed lifestyle. See you out there!

Drove down from Ontario Canada and rented an Air B & B in Yulee for 6 weeks in the winter of 2022. Yulee is a fantastic place, it's safe, clean, and the people are super friendly. I'm wondering if I came in illegally across the southern United States border, would Biden let me stay the same way he let's everyone else stay ? If so, i might consider that as an option to permanently move to Yulee.

Well my husband is from Fernandina and I’m from Brooklyn. I live in Jacksonville but I am looking to buy my home in Yulee. I love it and they’re building it up.

thanks for the video-I am looking now at new builds in Tributary in Yulee-anyone live there and pros/cons? My realtor and I have been there a few times and I am looking at David Weekley homes-it seems nice, lots of new stores and restaurants and convenient to Jax and Jax airport-any odors from the old paper mills etc? I was impressed so far but would love feedback/comments since I am not from FL. thanks!

2015 College Football Heisman Trophy winner, Derrick Henry, University of Alabama is from Yulee. He played highschool at Yulee High School.

What cell service you have? I have Tmobile and it was terrible by tributary area.

Yulee is not good, it is expanding just for the sake of expansion and that allows Fernandina to collect impact fees and taxes. There is no affordable housing, the schools are overcrowded, traffic is ridiculous, and almost all of the subdivisions are HOAs (which HOAs never should have beenin existence). Yulee should be incorporated like other areas of Nassau county. Also, this speaker is in error to refer to Yulee as a city, it is a TOWN, not a city.
