So Beautiful! If we in North America are forced to live in smaller spaces, these type spaces are a wonderful choice. It’s better than everybody trying to buy the big over sided houses where people’s footprint is an unnecessary big burden on the planet. That’s why I respect the tiny house movement. I hope the ultra rich lessen their massive footprint as well.

While it would definitely impact the open space, I think you could easily turn that upstairs seating area and bedroom into a bedroom with an ensuite full bath, close it off with a wall from the living room area, and put a door at the foot of the stairs to provide it some privacy. Then you'd have an upstairs master bedroom and bathroom with a downstairs second bedroom and guest bathroom.

That's good idea, but doing that will lose the purpose of having a loft. Thanks for the idea, I might add that in my future 2 storey creation. Thank you. 🤗

@@LEADSHOUSEPLANSDESIGNS I agree. I would stay with the design but put a sofa convertible (to bed) in the loft to add sleeping area

Marvellous. Simple yet elegant. i would prefer slightly bigger windows on the loft. And add curtain on the loft rail if in needs of privacy. 👍🥰❤️

The stone around the base of the house is beautiful. I would make the front doorway entirely covered, though. Glad there's a tub in the bathroom, instead of just a shower. I would want a full or half-bathroom upstairs, instead of the seating area, though. I'd go with a different kitchen table without a large pillar under it. Otherwise, a beautiful, functional design.

This is a wonderful tiny house. Beautifully done on the outside & inside. I just would not paint the outside pink, it may make the birds go crazy. No pink on or anywhere in the house should b allowed. I like a house that is calm & relaxed. My son & I would definitely live in this.

I saw this design of yours po oct of last year, i loved it i then, but i love this even better, the renovations you did with the porch is awesome. 😊😊 Sir can you make another one of this with an additional door in the kitchen plssssss.

I can’t see having a couple people over as the social spaces are too small to accommodate a couple occasional chairs. Fine if you live alone, or as a couple. Lofts seem like good ideas until you’re the one trying to sleep upstairs while people are still up and moving around below. That loft needs to be walled off to make it useable. So, a big fail in my opinion, as social spaces are too small and fragmented, and only one of the sleeping areas would be comfortable.
