The co-primary endpoints were to compare the incidence of clinically relevant toxicities between the two arms and to evaluate disease-survival (DFS) in patients receiving T-DM1. The 5-year DFS for T-DM1 was 97.0%, the 5-year recurrence-free interval (RFI) was 98.6% and 5-year overall survival (OS) was 97.8%.
