I had the same issue. Photostable is a pretty good sunscreen. Also stop using your current sunscreen and don't use anything until the pimples go away

if it is tiny bumps it's okay it happens when you introduce new products to your skin but if it is a pimple then you can try using Aqualogica sunscreen as it is very light in texture.

Toner is not an essential step.

start with dabur rose water which is almost like water otherwise directly starting with toners may make your skin feel like it is burning. Neutrogena Hydro boost toner is good for hydration & sensitive skin but it doesn't do much for acne and pores. I am currently using plum green tea toner which is good for me as I use toner by hand and I use it too much. then there is Clinique clarifying lotion type 3 which is my favourite but it's not affordable. as my skin is a combination oily with acne and low absorption using too much product will feel sticky. so right now I do the following routine: 1. face wash 2. toner 3. moisturizer 4. sunscreen 5. ordinary peeling solution (once a week. It is really good as I am too lazy to use a scrub and mask) I tried using serums before but my skin felt too heavy, so I started looking for salicylic face wash, niacinamide moisturizer, glycolic acid toner, etc. i hope it helps
