i have fingertip grip but i grip really back toward of the mouse x2v2 mini or starlight 12 size s is not worked for me . G pro superlight is better but a bit big for me .can u recommend?

I had a hati s wired which was very comfortable for me although sort of short for my hands. Maybe the hati s wireless. Although keep in mind you could probably get used to any mouse if you use it for long enough.
