I've been following you and your family since you and your brother in law built my house at Moosomin Lake in 2017. If I remember correctly there were only 9 in your family at the time. If you keep growing you're going to need to have Julie or one of of your kids follow with a second bus.

First time watcher. Your video was easy to follow, straight forward and to the point. The only thing you could have included was torquing specifications for the terminals. Most ATS fail because of loose terminal connections. Again well done video.

Been following since the beginning of Bus Conversion #2. Went back and watched all previous videos.

I searched up How to install 50amp transfer switch and was happy to see this video and even happier to see you were installing the same until I already bought. It’s true that this installation is pretty straight forward, accept for the confusion I had with regards to the wiring that was done by the factory, which, sadly, you didn’t even mention. I had to freeze the video and zoom into to see that the wiring was just left as is. Oh well, I guess that counts for something.

Been watching the last few years, like 3+

So you have generator power, shore power, solar, battery an engine alternator, inverters and multiple AC/DC voltages. All of which are interconnected with wiring. Quite an accomplishment and you make it look simple. Been with you I think, 2 years and learned a lot.

Helped me to figure out how to connect this correctly.

I've been following about 6 months. My gf and I purchased a 97 Van Hool and you guys are the only ones doing videos on that particular make. So here we are.

Great video, easy to install as I suspected as I just received mine. I am using mine for an RV system with backup gen when utility goes off. Amazon states that this will start my generator too but I don't see any wiring for the generator. Do you know anything about the auto start function or did they mislabel it on Amazon and I need a start controller?

Since someone I don’t even remember who but another channel toured your first bus…

I bought this based on your video here. You're right. It's quality. It also says it can do two wire autostart. But I don't see a schematic for that nor did it include any instructions for how to connect the genset autostart function. Did you do that also? Right now I am manually starting it.

I recently purchased the same Transfer switch for my 50 amp RV with Onan 7500. While hooking up the new ATS I noticed my Gen only has 1 Leg. Black,white,green. After hooking it all up I fired the Generator an no power going through the switch. I have power to my 1 hot leg but not to panel? Can you help?

Just watched your video. You didn’t mention the bars that come mounted to the lower terminals. Appears you removed them. Am I correct?
