Sin is the reason we die and sin makes us deserving of punishment in hell. But because God is so merciful and loves you so much, He sent Jesus so that we can be saved through Him 💕 Romans 5:8 “God proves his own love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us” God loves us so much that He sent Jesus, His son, who is One with God, to save us. Jesus died to pay for our sins in our place, He was crucified on a cross, mocked, beaten, and treated as though He were a criminal. He did not deserve to die, He is the only one who ever lived on earth who didn’t deserve it. He never sinned, yet He died to save us. Jesus rose from the grave on the third day after His death, defeating death 💗 Roman’s 10:9-10 “If you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. One believes with the heart, resulting in righteousness, and one confesses with the mouth, resulting in salvation” If you repent and place your faith in Jesus, you will be saved 💗🌸 When we repent we have a change of mind about our sin, we realize we have done evil against God, which also leads to turning away from sin and turning to Jesus 🩷 Ephesians 2:8-9 “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- not by works, so that no one can boast.” John 3:16-18 “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him. Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.” The Bible is Gods word and it shows us Gods character and how to follow Him 💕. In the Old Testament, Jesus had not yet come and sacrifices had to be made for sins. It's just that not everyone can afford it, some people are minors or aren't even from the United States or anything else. Obviously the paid patterns are usually better and more complex, there's a reason you pay for them duh, but if someone can't afford it or simply doesn't want to, that's it.
