This is a very nice 15*30 house map, which is also practical, if there is a power room on the ground floor, it will be even better, even if there is no door but only open seating. यह 15*30 घर का बहुत अच्छा नक्शा है, जो व्यावहारिक भी है, भूतल पर पावडर रूम हो तो और भी अच्छा होगा, भले ही कोई दरवाजा न हो केवल बैठने की जगह हो।

Really impressive . Can you please design a home in an area of 34×34 sq foot . A square plot , with a rental unit + stilt parking on the ground floor and further 2 floors designed for residence as 4BHK with a secondary small stair case inside for personal family use . Very much impressed with your work and would like to see how this will pan out.

Can you make a video on 30x35 , 3 sides covered........... But with a modification that you need to leave the complete ground floor for parking cellar........ And house plan comes from the 1st floor itself. Aa beautiful duplex with 3 bhk and home theater

30 by 33 east facing. Ground floor- Parking, 1bhk, 1shop ( for rent purpose ) For owner- First floor 2 bhk according to vastu shastra. (Hall, kitchen, OTS, common toilet, 2 bedrooms.) 2nd floor 1 master bedroom with walk in closet. And bar section in terece.

Brilliant and impressive,best design in small area,I also have plot bit bigger and different 525 sqft but 30 feet length facing toward road and 15 and 20 feet breadth area located at other property side.please make design for 2 floor plans,but my ground floor is below road side and planed for 3 shutter rooms for shop and next floor 4 feet up from road level,this floor also for 3 room shutter shops, and next 2 floors I need plans for rent and self use
