I just wanted to say, I watched ALL of your videos (at least once) before taking my PANCE today and there was a question I was stumped on for a second and I literally thought to myself "TI makes CD's" and got the question correct! Thank you so much for what you do!!

Scott- you saved my butt for my exam this morning! I listened to this before the exam and specifically remember you apologizing for telling the random fact about Norwak virus is Norovirus. Our professors only taught us it as Norovirus then on the exam referred to it as Norwak virus!! I only knew that because of you! You are the best and I can’t explain enough how appreciative the community is for what you do (:

Thanks so much for creating this videos. I take my PANRE on 4/2. I feel these videos are a great supplement to my study regimen which has included Chicago Course. You have such an awesome ways to remember pertinent info. I will never forget TI makes CDs and paracroopers!🤩

I know I'm late, but CEA is not a good tumor marker. It is good for the recurrence of Colon Cancer.

Yep agree 100%. That's what I was going over in the explanation, its not very sensitive or specific, any inflammatory state can cause an elevation. Like you said good for checking for recurrence after surgical resection. With that being said, while in school I was asked this very same question.
