The way they force you use money in ea sport game career mode is very bad lol. konami baseball career mode did a much better job a decade ago. This was what konami did ea can copy to make bap better: 1. introduce fatigue: After each week choosing to rest to recover from fatigue or doing something give bap more planing. Buy housse items, can help you recover from fatigue faster while buy a home can help to rise the recovery rate. There should be equipment to boost growth and slow down decline. in konami game car is required to date a girl and home is required to marry lol. 2. Hanging out with player will give different boost for your stats growth that week. When get to a max friendship level you can get one x factor from that player and he will introduce you to his teammate. you need to complete the challenge to acquire that x factor. 3. Staff who you can hang out with. Each level will give you different skill boost like fans, friendship level, recovery, moneys from goods, introduce you to players from different team ... 4. Player can retire at the end of each the season and can registered as custom player.
