And in terms of rent control, there won’t be anyone to want to invest in building apartment complexes because the ROI wouldn’t make any sense, which means less housing and still more expensive rent. And they just think bigger number is better, it doesn't matter if you're making $100,000 add a car costs a billion dollars or you're making $1 and a car costs $10,000 the relative wealth ratio Remains the Same. Now if you're making $1 and a car cost $10,000 and suddenly you get a raise to $10 you are suddenly doing significantly better, the bigger number is actually better in that case. However if everyone making $1 suddenly got a raise to $10 it would still have a temporary positive effect for everyone because it would take a little bit of time for the economy to adjust to the new Baseline normal but once it did the car will then cost $100,000 and you're back to square one, the problem is that the Baseline is being moved so everything gets moved up with it eventually.
